They definately aren't store fronts. The two locations I've visited are in buildings that have family doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors etc.. It's a system of clinics that solely prescribe medical marijuana. It's an easy to use system and they do all the paperwork for you. They urine test you at every renewal to check that you are not using other non prescribed drugs. I actually failed my last urine test because they did not detect and THC! Doctor didn't believe I was using it and said it better show up next time or there's no renewal for me. The first year you have to renew every 3 months. They monitor your order history as well.

The clinics were already influenced by Mettrum. They have had Mettrum Original displays out in the clinic. They direct patients to sign up with Mettrum if you don't have a personal preference. Personally I asked for Tweed. I've made 4 visits and every time I've checked out the schedule in front of the receptionist because the LP is listed for each appointment. I'd say it has averaged 60% MT 30% Tweed/Bedrocan and 10% Tilray or something else.

im assuming the acquisition is to direct patients solely to Canopy LP's once the merger is complete. With the backing of Canopy they can expand quicker. The system already works.
