He was given the opportunity to take a firm stance against it and to me he basically passed so I think the Trump administration will do what is in the best interest of the states and possibly if they can further participate in the taxation of legalized marijuana it would be a win-win for fed and state governments. I believe Mr. Sessions' stance was one that we as MJ investors should feel optimistic about.
