Latin America just now getting back up and running after holidays.Most company big wigs take time off till now.Same sellers out there using stock to pay bills.their loss.Will take a little time in my opinion to see something we have been waiting for here but as the recovery gets better so will we.The market is waiting to make sure the production cuts are real and take hold and Colombia is just starting to put the peace accord into place so there are a lot of government issues going on that will help us in the end .hang in there longs and sellers quit complaining when you drive it down...
