If RSPG is all pr and no action, why would Harel Goldstein fly from California, half-way across the country to my area, to meet with port officials regarding shipping water overseas (which I know to be a fact on the word of my attorney, whose partner serves as a port trustee)?
Why would he come here to meet with a friend I have known for 50 years, who owns a public relations company? (I suggested to RSPG that they use local pr firms to help introduce their products to local major corporations, hotels, school systems, convention center representatives, etc. rather than cold-calling).
Why would he be meeting with an individual I have known most of my life, whose NYSE company owns casinos, hotels, attractions and a national restaurant chain?
Why would he be meeting with another individual, a billionaire, who I also know (although not personally), who owns a small national upscale hotel chain (including famous hotels you have heard of and/or stayed in), who owns a major attraction and convention center adjacent to a huge year-round water park with total attendances of over 1 million and who is majority stockholder of a major multi-billion dollar company on the NYSE?
And why would Mr. Goldstein ask to meet with me, eyeball-to-eyeball, so that he could provide answers to everything from the LOI's, to why RSPG doesn't ask to be placed on the Nasdaq? I will solicit questions from board members. I will have those answers next week.
For all these reasons, , not to mention the fact that Mr. Goldstein (IDF) and I (USMC) have a common and trusting bond, the implication that RSPG is nothing more than a pr-generator is untrue.
