THEJBUG- Very interesting post. Conversations overheard on a plane would not constitute acting on inside information and I doubt the Shaw deal was finalized in flight. Purportedly the Shaw group is ready to invwest 300 million dollars using Fmnj as contact company to build a gtl plant . FMNJ stated that the profits generated fron the production will be split 50/50 with the fmnj. Franklin would of course have a separate deal with Shaw ,their investor, on what part of the 50% fmnj would retain. Part would have to be a return of the capital Shaw expended to build the plant. This is the blockbuster news I am waiting for if my speculation is confirmed. At this stage the company has announced that they are exploring design plans for the plant and this may be announced shortly.I am also looking foward to a otcbb listing as the auditing of the financials are completed.
