Give others a break my friend as most here have given you a lot a leeway since your heart is true and genuine.I agree that it would be smart business for IHDR to position its hydroelectric generators in the mayaya region where the company has to stop gold production for want of adequate supply of diesel fuel. It was this shortage that may have been instumental in Jaime's concept of a GTL plant for Bolivia.
