I think our esteemed BOD skate any charges. I think shareholders return is all hinged firmly on PPs's ability to produce documentation. I also think they won't provide any as it might incriminate them further. The less documentation the higher the award for us. The judge already knows they are dirty. I wold also think their lawyers are advising them to settle, as it's not about the amount of money but amount of jail time. Their mindset is quite different than ours currentely.
