My senses say that the ARTR mgmt team are low life scum-buckets that used our investment dollars only to get out of a financial hole. Then buy a new fishing boat and possibly a plane, who knows? They never intended to grow the business - that bs was all smoke & mirrors. Good stewards of public investment dollars would have kept us informed. good or bad. That's what responsible mgmt teams do - plain and simple. So what does this say about ARTR leadership? Any takers out there?
