I always get a kick out of the people who want to save the poor little investor I guess we should call them Hero's. They come and try their best to warn people of the impending dangers of investing in penny stocks and that they are really all scams. That might be true but let me point out one thing here.
Have you ever noticed that all the real hero's die? They don't live to ripe old ages; no they get themselves killed for doing what they think is the right thing. So I guess the real excitement is in how they die and how well they stand in the fight to their death.
Gladiator was a great example, great movie, and great story line. You have love, compassion, hurt, shame, cause and revenge that ultimately leads to the death of the hero.
He could have lived, he could have gone on to become the new Caesar but that was not possible because he had to die so that others would remember what and why he did what he did and know things would be better because of it. What sacrifice.....What courage!
But above all this, the producers and Director did the job right. They told the story in such a way as to captivate the audience and keep them focused at all times. That’s what great movies are all about...its called making money. Like the papers say...if it Bleeds it Reads.
Now we have these chat boards where people come along and profess to have the inside track. People hang on to their words and follow them around knowing they are going to make huge sums of money. This guru is good and can say just one word to their audiences/followers and if its sell then there is a mad dash to sell and if they say its all good it’s going to the moon then everyone jumps in with both feet.
And if for some reason it doesn't work out then everybody yells...Crucify him! Crucify him!
These boards are the best form of entertainment I have ever experienced, better than a soap opera. You get so caught up in them that you begin to believe they are the real source that controls the markets. I find it interesting that there just happens to be many different chat boards and one can say one thing while the other is totally different saying just the opposite. So what can you believe anymore?
You can do your own due diligence, make your own decisions and believe what you wish. One thing you can count on is that you can't take everything you read and see on these boards as fact. That can only happen if you have first verified for yourself what is true or not true.
So with that said let’s look at a few things here without listening to the banter on the board.
The PR's are real as well as the 8K.
Rufus got screwed in the BBAN deal as well as the shareholders.
Rufus has gone out on a limb with public statements as well as in PR's.
The SEC has NOT halted the stock..and you have to know that with outfits and people like stocklemons and our street and others who have certainly contacted the SEC, that they have certainly brought attention to the stock and its trading activities.
And still the SEC still has not halted the stock.
I find this very revealing, which tells me the SEC has Rufus and Company under close surveillance and/or the company itself is keeping them in the loop.
I also believe that the company is doing everything in an orderly fashion AND with the SEC's approval as each step unfolds.
The CVSU to FHAL conversion happened...FACT!.
The symbol change to CSHD happened....FACT!
The Bonds are real......FACT!
Hypothecation of bonds is real.....FACT!
In other words everything Rufus has said has happened so far....FACT!
It has not happened in some of the time frames that he stated but we all know that a lot of these events are not in his control.......Another FACT!
So what’s next?....the 10K...we were told in this last PR its in process...so we wait.
The stock has traded from pennies to over a dollar...so why cant it also trade up to or be valued at 15 or 25 dollars? Other stocks have done it...so there is history proving that it can happen.
So with all these events that have taken place one can assume that everything is on track and we wait for the next one to unfold.
Until then I remain confident in the stock....until something comes along that tells me otherwise....
And it will certainly not be because someone posts something derogatory on a message board.
