Of course not, but look at any breakout often that is practically identical to CEGX the past week. They tend to wedge down even in dilution. Severe volitility progressively lower. Just a bunch of MMs playing it. But it will most likely recover and drop again. However, that's based on passed knowledge of other stocks. So it doesn't necessarily apply in an inductive argument. Just a higher probability imo
