More importantly, #1 law firm of entertainment
industry like Grammy awards, etc.

ADNL with its strong content needs Greenberg/Traurig.
This strong hand can secure a cable co.(Time Warner, etc) contract with ADNL to move forward to the next level.

Plus, apparently the total O/S is minimal and much shorting.
