I know... They sold only like $43M of the stock and they intend to sell the reminder of $200M worth of stock to Kalani and the way this is going, they'll have to sell at lower prices (basically, a discounted price of 94% of VWAP price, during that pricing period). I think that is acting as an 'Overhang' over the PPS of DRYS...
