LOUISIANA PUBLIC FACILITIES AUTHORITY

The following resolution was offered by Trustee Benoit and seconded by Trustee Cheramie:

RESOLUTION

A resolution authorizing the Chairman or Vice Chairman and the Secretary-Treasurer or an Assistant Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Louisiana Public Facilities Authority to execute a preliminary agreement between the Louisiana Public Facilities Authority and Biomass Power Louisiana L.L.C.; authorizing the issuance of revenue bonds, on a taxable or tax-exempt basis, to finance certain solid waste disposal facilities; authorizing and approving the form of and publication of a Notice of Intention to Sell Bonds; and providing for other matters in connection with the foregoing.
