BDT, I think you are absolutely right on the construction timeline, and you are absolutely right that we might have to wait until after for construction for them to sell the participation fee cash-flow, but certainly not at a 40-50% discount, that would be outrageous. We would keep the cash flow over selling it if that was the case and just look to complete more projects (and phases of the Vietnam project) having the engagement fee and cost plus fee in the bag. You never know though, they have quite a few partners like Denikon who might be willing to buy the cash flow early even pre-construction but I agree we just dont know. Regardless, 8-12 months goes by fast especially when the company would be more than self-sustainable throughout the year with the engagement and cost plus. Regardless of how it works out we are in good shape when this closes.
