jeff, you make a couple interesting points. The selling of the tech has always seemed to me as a reasonable option if NVEI can't "get it done" on their own. Provided NVEI has something attractive enough to sell. Also, this nondesignated authorization of an excessive amount of shares doesn't "trip my trigger" either. Not with some of the things I've seen in the past as for the salary/tech development spending ratio.
