INVESTOR ALERT WARNING! NO 10K
For those of you that are new and considering investing in NEWC. You need to do your DD.
Unfortunately I have found out the following.

1. CEO refuses to give updates on the filing of the 10K as required by SEC.
A. No date of when it will be filed. (It is understand that this is an requirement by SEC that shareholders must be notified of when the 10K be filed)
B. Diclose the reason for the late filing. (It is also my understanding that this is an requirement by SEC that shareholders must be notified of the reasons for the late filing)

2. The 10K will give substantial confirmation to the work of the CEO and whether his PR is truthful.

The 10K provides us as shareholders the comfort that the directors and CEO are in fact handling their fiduciary responsibilities correctly.

If you are a shareholder or a prospective shareholder, I would encourage you to contact the CEO ASAP and ask him when we might expect the 10K filed and the reason for the delay.

Note: He has provided the Auditors name and contact to us before. Although this information is nice it is not our responsibility to provide the information for the auditor to audit nor to follow up on the contractual arrangements made by the CEO of NEWC.

My opinion if NEWC is not a scam then the CEO will gladly provide this information to you. Your help in the matter would be greatly appreciated by all.
