This board is for Power REIT: Symbol PW. The board has been dormant and was previously for Pittsburgh & West Virginia Railroad which is now a subsidiary of Power REIT.

Power REIT is a unique nano-cap. Its assets consist of long-term railroad infrastructure as well as 600 acres of land leased to solar farms.

My name is Al Speisman. I’m a major shareholder in Power REIT and recently filed a 13G.

1_ My background is: I focus my investments on deeply under-valued micro-caps in the real estate sector. Back in the early 80s, I had the privilege, as a young attorney, to work elbow to elbow on my own case involving protection of minority shareholder rights with Ed Aranow. Ed, a prominent securities law attorney (now deceased), was an inspiration to me. Since that time, I have focused on investments that utilize my analytical legal skills. I’m a graduate of Northwestern University’s Graduate School of Management with concentrations in finance and accounting.
