he is correct you know. there was a meeting but there was no deal due to not fulfilling criteria that walmart has set forth. even the IR guy said that. this is info that has been posted multiple times in this forum.

now i might be mistaken but I could have sworn they also mentioned something along those lines in a PR they posted. basically something like :blah blah blah the meeting was positive and we now have the criteria needed to succeed and make it on walmart's shelves; in summary, they had a meeting, they didn't meet the criteria and they are PLANNING a revised strategy to be more successful moving forward.
