You should cut the company some slack. It is not easy running a business.

Risk of failure is inherent to starting a business. Just because they failed once does not necessary mean they can't get back up.

Whatever the past history is with the company, as long as they've show they have learned their lesson and willing to start over, there is nothing wrong in that.
