If they meet the qualifications for a Walmart deal they would have had it not say they are working towards POTENTIAL plans. So in essence they got shot down the first time. Will they get another meeting with Walmart in the future? Maybe, but right now there is no deal. They haven't even got it into the other small stores they were talking about in that PR.

There was also an update about them missing their PLANNED production run due to a label error and it's rescheduled for sometime in January. Well don't hold your breath to much longer.
