I'm always looking for the unimaginable scenario, but do you think your worst case fits with Trumps goals (increasing home ownership w/o increased borrowing costs) and Mnuchins comments of "top 10 priority and reasonably fast, etc."?

Also, what about Ackman, Icahn, Ken Blackwell influence?

Maybe Cooper preps Mnuchin on GSE testimony? If the truth makes its way to Trump, I think that is a definite positive. I believe that he will do the right thing as long as he understands what really happened fwiw.
