And, of course, Platinum Products is a private company.

It all depends on if the courts allow QT 5 to distribute the water while the two battle it out.

On the surface, it looks like QT 5 has a real problem and it could take years to resolve..

I'm going to add QTFV on one of my alerts-lists and let them tell me whenever there's break or a change..

Meanwhile, the PPS could take some more big hits, but if QT 5 gets permission to distribute, it could also make a nice run...

It's not bad enough when we have to deal with apples and oranges, but now, someone has thrown bananas into the mix...:)
