So the answer is McCuskers did not disclose that he was already president of Evergreen. Got it.

It's never a positive when such a fact is conveniently omitted. In his PR announcing the acquisition, "We look forward to working with the Evergreen team... " he simply could have mentioned HE was part of that "team". Yet in fact he did not.
