All about the courts now, IMHO

Next big events are (A) Mandamus ruling then (B) Appeals court ruling.

I cannot see how much longer the Mandamus ruling will be but could come any time. I think after the 20th is more likely than before, since it removes chances of further appeals.

Once Mandamus is in, docs go to Appeals court -- how long they take is really up in the air. If they are already locked and loaded with a judgement, just trying to avoid contradicting evidence and/or waiting for support from docs, then they fire off in a couple of weeks after Mandamus. Could be a month longer otherwise.

BUT once the docs are out Trump and allies can carpet bomb the media with stories of Obama misdeeds. AND a favorable Appeals ruling gives Trump chance to deal with plaintiffs in settlement under cover of "correcting injustice and following rule of law"...

So all highly favorable, but we are well into February or March IMHO before Court actions (A) and (B) are both done. Anybody else got guesses?
