Let me get this straight:
Plarr Has 8.6 billion in assets
He has a privately held company that is now associated with LIGA
LIGA A/S is 2.4 billion shares
LIGA just appointed voting rights to an attorney who specializes in mergers
LIGA just guaranteed no R/S, share increases or anything of the sort for 3 years

So, $8.6 bil / 2.4 bil A/S shares is $3.58 a share potential BV?
