Many scams do that. "Deliver" a token return as a "set-up". Makes people think bigger things are coming. VERY common tactic.

.... They delivered on their Amazon production run. They delivered on shipments to Amazon.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
