Handheld launch and sales were supposed to be in FY 2016 and he said in one of the calls that it was "awesome". It is the biggest scam. Hide one of the most lucrative products, sell the company at a fire sale price so that obvious criminals get paid full (the interest that is unfairly charged by using insider knowledge whereas they had to be outsiders) then get on a great contract with L3 personally...Shame on him for his whole life but before that hopefully the judge will have the necessary info to evaluate the commercial and financial impacts of these very clear (to us) red flags. Just reaks.
Now, Liscouski will try to find another business to merge this shell which will only have NOLs and a public stock.
