I'm sure Abbott knew that BOCX was a small company with (small company difficulties) when they negotiated the original License. I would doubt that they would want to keep an oppresive finger on BOCX at this point.

As far as motivation...You are probably correct that Abbott has no financial motivation to produce news to help BOCX at this point.

You may also be correct that Abbott does not want to trigger a milestone via positive comments.

Regarding foriegn markets...I am more pleased to see Bocx tied up with Abbott than any other foreign no name. BOCX is doing it right.

Pacific Biosciences is a Canadian company if I remember correctly. At one time it was stated that work could be performed cheaper in the Canadian atmosphere than that of the USA. I believe Biocurex is incorporated in the USA.
