It's hilarious that anyone would believe the CEO of this company would change and suddenly care about what the SEC rules are. If someone else RM'd into this company, and wiped out all the debt (if that is even possible) got rid of all people connected to it......and truly started with a clean slate, then I would believe that there was a minute possibility that you were right. However, unless and until, I would suggest not believing anything you see. The only ones making money are the promoters and a handful that manage to follow closely enough. Anyone caught actually investing is foolish beyond............
