Authorized by no means means they will all issue. 10 BILLION A/S doesn't mean they issue That's ridiculous and won't happen at this level. Perhaps once it's at $3-4 and they want to raise money for some other venture or development but even then FanPass.Live will bring in enough revenue where you may very well see the company reducing the authorized by 20% or more.
