If there is a real reverse merger in otc land this is the one; in my 17 years in this game I only saw the the seller pushing the reverse merger to sell more stock and screw traders at the end;
In this case buyer company is pretty aggressive, buyer ceo straightforward, the buyer company with real revenues, communicating with otcmarkets, formal press releases..

This is the real deal, buyers at this level will get rewarded; you must be either blind or pretty shortsighted to realize what is really going on here.
