450-500 would be out of the question for Phase3....If there were Some Serious side effects at higher dosage then P is doomed and so are we...

Remember a drug called Vioxx...Worked great at 30 Mg.....They got greedy and ran another trial for another indication at 50mg and MEGA heart problems arouse....The Cleveland Clinic forced the withdraw of Vioxx from the market and BILLIONS were lost.
