KMI is kind of backed into a corner with their debt load. Asset sales are going to be important to their recovery. The West Texas Permian properties have been a drag on earnings. If they could unload them for cash now and then be able to sell CO2 as a commodity to the new owner for future positive cash flow... Hey, that's a twofer.

If they can get asking price, we would probably see a pretty fair pop in share price. But even so, I think it would be a stretch to see anything more than the mid $20s in 2017.

And if they can't sell assets, the remaining dividend may be in danger.
