1st time I've ever seen a LOI carefully crafted within the body of an update PR. And not surprised in the least that no relevant details were contained within the PR that even describe what the LOI would entail for WNBD and the WNBD shareholders.

According to the USBI Presidents posts here...it appears that his company is seeking project financing to build a plant and only then will we know if WNBD and USBI can close on the LOI.

But Eric was sure to say that he's still working on those pesky over 2+ year old overdue WNBD fins and still trying to get WNBD back to current info status on OTC Markets.

I wonder if Eric's planning another R/S and will begin attempting to peddle USBI's products by diluting WNBD again to help fund USBI's new plant they're trying to build?
