I think the minutes are finished and in their final rotation or in the mail... and that's why we have seen the price and volume react the way they have the past few days. My prediction is either the 17th or the 19th, and I believe it will be good news with additional news accompanying it (either then, or quite proximal to then). The cap on the pps will be popped soon.
