It's a process. The examining attorney will most likely approve and then it gets submitted to the trademark gazette for any opposition to their claim of the mark in the classes they applied for. Once there is no opposition it will register. They will then be able to put the 'R' with circle around it. Will take months. My game brand is now incontestable and on its 6-7 year filing which must be done to prove on going use etc...
