Spoke to FINRA again today . They called to let me know that essentially since 2/25/16 no one has actually been monitoring
PHOT and thus not monitoring PHOT for a MM . The drop to OTCBB
was because of "INSUFFICIENT ACTIVITY" and the selling of unsolicited shares is NOT really monitored . The selling does not go through an official agent required to meet certain criteria
and can be set up in any way THEY want. These shares are private deals and not recorded or followed by official sources (thus open to any manipulation ) SORT of sounds familiar YEH ?. They are NOT deals through agents and not listed .They have not been followed since drop to OTCBB. There are also 2 categories above OTCQB-they are in the OTC -F categories (have higher requirements).They said that regulation of brokers was FINRA ;but regulation of the company was a SEC matter and the 2 don't necessarily communicate with each other and it is possible for some things to slip through the cracks.
My last blurbs were deleted from this board and would like to know what happens if the Fairmount store returns the call (from higher ups ) and whether our initial calls were correct about -no idea about Growlife . Hopefully this quote will stay up long enough to get through to the people dealing with MH's slick story telling and
working the system short comings.
