I don't know about you, but I wanted to be told when they were done with film development! I don't consider it buying time.

They may have contracts as we speak, but can't reveal it because the buyer(s) aren't going public with a commercial product yet. I've been saying for more than a year that when they get a sales contract, we may not hear about it for months. We may even have to wait until a quarterly report to see revenue if the buyer isn't ready to put the product out in the market. Sales of quantum dots is what should be day to day business for QMC and not require reporting in an 8k.
