found this article from 2015 that quotes one of Denny's Tweets. PPS was 70 cents a share at the time of the article

There appears to be quite a large selling shareholder, this has been documented quite well by DennyCrane on Twitter although I couldn’t find the exact post

I kinf of remember the article - several different valuations put forth. All the metrics have improved since the article
