Peeps are eager for that 1.5b O/S reduction filing as well as the MJ/MMJ companies Berman said he plans on acquiring according to his website blog...when he drops a tech PR instead which he's done several times already, folks get caught off guard, lose focus of the big picture and misconstrue positive developments into thinking Berman is full of shit and sell...furthermore, there's been a pattern lately that whenever news breaks, more doubters are jumping on this imaginary, pessimistic bandwagon to sell in disbelief when ON4 has never been in better financial shape in its history with millions of dollars in revenues entering the pipeline soon.

When that O/S reduction filing comes out or if these MMJ/MJ JV agreement(s) come to fruition, it will favorably impact the pps...clearly Berman needs a little more time to dot the 'i's and 't's with his attorney and rather him get it right then get it wrong...while all this is going on, Obama may very well sign an executive order decriminalizing marijuana altogether on his way out before Berman delivers us the goods again and if that happens, the pps will skyrocket faster than Willie Nelson rolling up a joint with one hand.
