Very disappointed short term that COWEN is printing shares (ATM) at VCEL's request to the tune of over 6 million shares...

Now almost doubled outstanding shares in under 1 month.

Hope they have a real, REAL good reason.

Very disappointed in Managements shortsightedness.

Why the need for 50 million $'s now if sales are to be ramping up. They could have waited a couple months and diluted 1/2 as much ...

Short term red flag for investors...

Hopefully they are printing shares for a partner...
