LOL "other that (n) what has been stated before. " that means YES more dilution coming otherwise AS would had not been increased.

He has lost his credibility in the last 2 months by adding hundreds of millions of shares onto O/S.

"plan to address the O/S in 2017"

what does that even mean? More shares are flooded into the current OS? Reduce the O/S via buyback or R/S? It's very empty statement.
