Everything is a while for Baltia. They've had this company in the dark for several months. Then they come with a fluff PR. So from June 2016 until Jan 2017 the company has done nothing. No forward looking statements for 2017 or nothing. I can empathize with a company not wanting to jump the gun with a pr. But to not even to acknowledge shareholders is crazy. Baltia should be at 0.0002 - 0.0004 ranges honestly. There is still way too much uncertainty here.
