How would it be easier? Nobody will buy shares when they know there are billions to dump and that it will go right back down to .0002. I would just sit back at .0001 and wait for the last 100 million to get dumped. Which means it would take forever as everyone else would be doing the same. Not to mention the huge spotlight on TEAM BETS if it appears they manipulated shareholders only to later screw them with RS. It has been stated many times by TEAM BETS there will be no RS. It is harmful to all and never really used by a real company with a real product.

The point is that Apollo is in business to make easy money. They will take a cash deal in a heartbeat if it is easier than dumping billions of shares over several months.
