Readers need to understand the following when considering statements on this board that 706BL could be added to another carrier's fleet without having to pass a minivac.

This is true but ONLY BECAUSE that OTHER CARRIER has PREVIOUSLY DEMONSTRATED a SUCCESSFUL MINIVAC using AN AIRCRAFT of the SAME AIRCRAFT TYPE.

In other words, they met the FAA requirements, something Baltia consistently FAILED TO DO.

The situation is very simple... every carrier has to demonstrate a successful minivac for the aircraft they operate. Seven times in a row Baltia failed to do so.

Gross incompetence.
