It took me maybe 30 seconds to see that "sinking cannabis sales" are due to a regulation change in Oct 2016 involving the testing of cannabis product. Ofcourse the revenue will fall temporarily do to the expense of testing current product. Merely the expected throws of a huge business in the make. Nothing to see here, moving on to da moon.
