What about all of the amazing Point Of Concept project wins? What about that HUGE county in Florida where something was done (by Apollo, not VPER)?

Gee, it's almost like VPER is out of the picture and it's all Apollo. Never seen a subpenny do THAT before (except for dozens of them). Good thing VPER owns such a HUGE chunk of Apollo! Ooops, the only announcements they have made show that they own 6.125% of Apollo. That's not very much. So any deal that Apollo does means 6.125% for VPER. That should buy a couple candy bars for VPER "management".
Wow, I better not wait! I better put every penny I have into VPER right now before I miss this golden opportunity! OS is ONLY SIX BILLION?
