238 million in insider shares and we have 905 million outstanding
roughly 26% insider holding






But go one step further to look at recent changeover in directors. The Epic players that left the board (Nigalaye, Narine, Potti) held tens of millions of shares each and probably still own millions of warrants at .0625/share. Add in Treppel with ~ten million shares when he last reported. None of these people continue to report, so it is possible they own nothing at this point. But I tend to believe all of them continue to hold most of their shares, and I think the "insider" holdings from this perspective is much higher than 26%. I think most of these guys are long investors and will hold a majority of their shares for the buyout.

In my opinion, even though the outstanding shares seem bloated, the float is tighter than one might expect. This adds tensile strength to the spring and adds force to a pop. Movements are quicker. If you standby waiting to time the action, you might get left behind. GLTA.
