If the SEC brings an action, or if the DOJ brings criminal charges, certain documents will be made public. Otherwise, there is nothing public. The police don't make their investigations public, so why would you expect the SEC to do it?

The SEC has 5 years to investigate and bring an enforcement action. Some investigations do take that long, but these days many are complete in about 30 months. Securities fraud, especially ones that cross borders, are complex and difficult.
