Which is why the MJ business will be exploited by private equity and big pharma. As with every other "new" market opportunity, the OTC is the last place where money is actually made with a well run business and strategy.
As for Rifici, it was a convertible note. Hardly a big risk for him. And if Rifici is such a big supporter why did they go back to Fireside for more convertible debt financing...and not to Chuck?
